Action idea from the audience: when a barista Starbucks asks your name, say #BlackLivesMatter and you will normalize the hearing of it.

Audience member (WOC): share stories. Tell the truth. Keep showing up. Be receptive when people of color express their experiences.

Marissa: take the Harvard implicit bias association test for racism.

Marissa: if you ask a person of color where they are from, you may be denying that they are more local than you are. Micro-aggressions.
