The more I read about the "combative and ruthless" NDIA, the more I believe it was modelled on Australian Department of Veterans' Affairs. Indeed, some of the worst DVA officials whose misconduct has been so bad they've been removed (which is rare) have ended up being employed by NDIA. thesaturdaypaper.com.au/news/economy/2…
