Thursday marks 2 full years of donating curds to the Huron County Food Distribution Center! Over 10,000 bags of fresh cheese curds (thats over 2,000kg) have been distributed within Huron and Perth County to help ensure that some delicious Ontario dairy makes it onto more plates!

Our store may not sell Brie, but one week ago the farm welcomed Baby Brie to the Speckled Park herd. She is thriving in the quiet pasture with her Mom and will be back to the parking lot pasture later this summer. Welcome Brie!❤️ Hans Weber

Today we say farewell to Jasmijn as she heads to Redeemer University! Over the past year Jasmijn has been a integral part of our team, being able to help anywhere from cheese production to packaging orders. We will miss her deeply. Best of luck Jasmijn! 🧀

With just over a week to go, we would like to take a moment to thank our Christmas Elves for all their hard work over the last month. Without them we wouldn't be able to fill the over 2000 basket and boxes orders we have done. We truly appreciate you Annalise and Wendy!

Although 2022 wasn't history making, it was still a pretty great year! We continued to stretch coast to coast, donated over 5000 bags of curds to our local Food Distribution Center, added a few new flavours, and we got to return to Food Festivals. #HappyNewYear
