Such a good day to race yesterday with some of the best in the state at the Lake Conference Championship. JV finished 3rd and Varsity finished 4th, led by Ali with the conference/school record 17:17 win. An incredible 25 of 35 runners had all time PR's!

Sophomores and under finish 2nd out of 18 teams at the Lefty Wright Grade level championship. Scoring were B Immer, Barthel, Malin, Zuidema, and Meehan. Rachel Heil with a strong finish to win the tie break. 11th/12th grade up next....

Congrats to STMA Cross Country on winning the Section 8AAA meet today with a total score of 44. The Lady Knights will compete in the state meet on Saturday, 11/6 in St Olaf. Good luck ladies!
