Ive been visiting schools for 12 years now... and yeah, im cracking on, but time is so full of surprises because from Cumbria to Ireland, home to west country, these 3 weeks of my working llfe... with my girls, these teachers and amazing kids

I've done a few, and i d say the way for teachers and authors to get the best out of school visits is to have prepped the classes with said authors books. The questions become far ranging with greater understanding and engagement all round.

The silence of mates made me re read my own book today, just to reassure myself that i did the right thing in writing about #eatingdisorders (male/teens) I m sure that i did. Maybe that silence says it all. This is from Pieces of Us Jonas fighting his nightmares with dreams
