The amazing Tom Petty (RIP) sang “The waiting is the hardest part.” He was so right. Still waiting for British Airways to reimburse us for our last ticket from cancelled flight 16 Dec 2022.
Time for another British Airways moment of absurdity. "Our Payments team have advised the refund request should make made via Alaska Airlines, as they hold the funds. As this claim is for £520, which has been settled, please can you withdraw the claim." Ah, that would be No!
Christmas in July. I just received our final missing payment from British Airways. After several months of hectoring, a BA employee discovered a blockage in the payment. Thank you for your enterprising work. Peace out.
