I hate how motivated I get when someone tells me I can’t. Ugh. Well, here we go again.

When sellers price based on other listings that aren’t selling, it just inflates the problem. Buyers aren’t comparing your house to other overpriced homes. They’re comparing it to what actually sold and current market conditions.

Agents find themselves saying they’re entrepreneurs. But being self-employed isn’t the same thing as entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurs build systems, teams, brands, and scale. Not just schedules.

If agents spent less time scrolling, watching their competition, redoing their logo, and watching their 100th training video— And swapped it for prospecting (even without knowing what they’re doing)… They’d be far more successful.

You were probably told when you were younger, “Don’t get in the middle of things.” Attention agents: you chose a career where you live in the middle of things, usually the most emotional, highest-stakes sale of someone’s life.

Most salespeople try to talk their way to the close. The best ask their way there. You have two ears and one mouth for a reason. You don’t always need to know what to say. You only need to know how to find it.

Chase honor, and it disappears. Live with honor, and it finds you.

Been playing with AI for financial market ideas and advice. Compared GPT vs Grok. Grok has made a ton of mistakes. GPT very rarely. I would say i like Grok better but for this particular exercise Grok has failed miserably.

Someone once told you to stay out of the middle. Realtors chose a career that lives there. Managing emotions, yours, the buyer’s, and the seller’s etc, is an underrated skill in this business. Without it, you’ll live on constant highs and lows and constantly be controlled.

Emotion is a fast decision maker. That’s also where most opportunities go to die.
