Sad to hear of the death of Jimmy Carter. I had the privilege of meeting him once in London when he was launching a drive to rid the world of Guinea worm disease (see picture). A man of faith, compassion, humility and integrity. We could use more leaders like him.

Eternal God, at the dawn of this new year we give thanks for your steadfast love and faithfulness. Guide us by your Spirit as we step into the days ahead. May this year be a time of renewal, hope & growth as we seek to walk more closely with you and share your love with the world

If you’re upset by a woman prophetically speaking truth to power, let me introduce you to Jesus’ mom: “God has brought down rulers from their thrones but has lifted up the humble. God has filled the hungry with good things but has sent the rich away empty.” -Luke 1:52-53

Not the end of the saga Air Canada as you have cancelled my flight from Vancouver to Toronto and the next flight was full. So 6 hrs at Vancouver and my second consecutive night on a plane. I wonder if you will reply? You don’t answer emails so prob not.

I don’t post much on here these days but I have decided I don’t want to be part of Musk world even tangentially. So I’m off. I will be on the other place (blue sky) as stephenhance. Maybe see you there.

Just landed back in sunny ☀️ London. Looking forward to Intercontinental Church Society Board of Trustees meeting in Coventry over next two days and then my clergy cell group next week. And before all that there is a Bob Dylan show in Coventry tonight!
