one thing missing in this space for marketers is mentorship. everyone’s busy gatekeeping “growth hacks.” that needs to change. when I hit 10K followers, I’ll mentor 1 "new" marketer per quarter. 1:1 calls: strategy, growth, campaigns, socials, etc. why wait for 10K followers?
