I successfully defended my PhD thesis yesterday 🕺! What a rollercoaster! A piece from me in the Irish Examiner. Delivering on infrastructure will require investment and reform of state capacity, methods and skills. But also updating the National Planning Framework, where the underlying jobs and migration projections for 2040 are nearly met by 2023.
