S4 practical cookery had the whole corridor smelling great this afternoon with their spaghetti bolognaise. They were demonstrating cookery processes; boiling, simmering and frying while using sensory descriptions to evaluate the appearance, texture and taste 😋 Springburn Senior Phase

We are so impressed with the majority of pupils who have brought their own container to take food home after practical lessons. Mrs Kerrigan has sent an email to all parents to remind them of our food waste policy and how to request a free reusable container for your child 🥡🫙📦
