The theme today is luscious lamb. We’ve made Souvlaki with lamb steak and spicy Adana style kebabs with lamb mince. Flatbreads, salad, tzatziki, sauce and a lot of bbq smoked clothing! . . UKBBQweek

Quick bbq meal last night, rump cap, carved like butter! Generic rub of salt, pepper, garlic powder. Had with salad and flatbreads.

1/2 Bit of pulled pork this evening. Used Frenchies mustard to bind the rub, Porky White Chick the rub of choice, spritzed with apple cider vinegar. Cooked for 4hr 30, til 96’c - rested for half hour or so. #pulledpork

A return to one of our favourites. A Bacon Firebomb. We tweaked slightly and went with a cheese peppers and onions for the filling, some spicy chilli sausages and mince for the casing, topped bacon lattice and cooked on the bbq, before brushing with BBQ sauce…
