Spectrum celebrated 🎉 the launch of our virtual American Sign Language interpreting service in Inglewood, Calif. with a live demo, community leaders and partners from Greater Los Angeles Agency on Deafness (GLAD) and Sorenson. The service, which supports our Deaf and hard-of-hearing community, is now available at


Virtual ASL is available at select Spectrum stores in greater Los Angeles! We recently celebrated the launch with community partners from Greater Los Angeles Agency on Deafness (GLAD). Customers can scan a QR code in participating stores to connect with a virtual interpreter and communicate with store specialists.


Last week, we joined Lighthouse Guild for Access in Focus, a panel discussion on entertainment accessibility. Petr Kucheryavyy shared how our Spectrum Access app provides users with an immersive TV experience through audio description and closed captioning tracks. #Accessibility
