Mark Daigneault started as a student manager at UConn. He worked as an assistant at Holy Cross, then at Florida under Billy Donovan. OKC's G League team hired him, then he took over the Thunder in the midst of a rebuild. Now, Daigneault is the NBA Coach of the Year.
