A bad attitude is a flat tire, you can’t go anywhere (fast) without changing it. #leader #attitude #leadership lnkd.in/g5zdbGh

This quote resonated with me - don’t look for validation from people who live a life of limitation - Go for it! #goforit #live #leadership lnkd.in/g9kwGbS

No large practical innovation has been done by experts. Not knowing, experimentation, fast learning & relying on necessity as mother of invention & creativity allows one to do things others thought impossible helps. Deep experts know all these reasons to not attempt it. Optimism!

my #1 hack for figuring out if someone is great to work with: point out something they are wrong about a) get defensive --> no go. b) shutdown/get quiet --> no go. c) quickly recognize truth ("oh shit, yea good point") = they're a keeper

Everyone *deserves* a leader/boss that is: 👉 Honest 👉 Trustworthy 👉 Does what they say 👉 Values & works toward transparency 👉 Supports your career aspirations 👉 Mutual respect This is leadership baseline. Your boss is #1 indicator of your success. Interview them, too.
