One of the best Bristol performances I've seen this season. They scored some lovely tries tonight, but this back-handed pass from Callum Sheedy to set up Alapati Leiua has to be the pick of the bunch by a mile. Ashton Gate was bouncing after.

Feels so special watching the Tour de France Femmes get underway, what a huge moment in cycling and women's sport. Cannot wait to watch the next eight days of racing has unfold #TDFF

Wow. What a phenomenal sprint from Cecile Uttrup Ludwig to take victory on stage 3 of the #TDFF. She flew like a rocket across that finish line. "It doesn't get better," she said in tears after. Hard to overstate how much that will mean for her French team, too.

I had a chat with former sprinter turned cyclist Daphne Schrager about winning a world title less than three years after switching to the sport: "Have a go because you might find something which you didn't think three years ago would be a possibility." bbc.co.uk/sport/cycling/…
