last time I streamed, studiopolis wouldn't load the player character. after freeing up all that memory later on though, I managed to get *all* stages loading and playable 😉

the blue clipping here is actually due to improper tile repeating rather than a missing color fill. in the first clip, a tile is rendered to fill the area that was just vacated when shifting the tile that was originally going to be there. in the second clip, I broke it 🤓
