Expect PayPal — we’ve had multiple unpleasant experiences w/ their reps today. It’s a very unpleasant experience when you wait on hold for 40+ minutes, speak to someone who has no idea what they’re talking about & they blind transfer you, & you have to explain your prob again.

Yes, businesses complain about other businesses experiences too 🤣Especially when what we called in about was in regards to rectifying a customer issue.
