If you want to build muscle follow these guidelines: ♀️Women: 2.0-2.2 g/kg/BW/day -A 140 lb. 64 kg female) should consume: 128-140 g of protein daily ⭐️Break protein dose into 30-35 g at meals and 10-15 g at snacks/around training ♂️Men: 2.5-3.0 g/kg/BW/day -A 160 lb. ( 73 kg

4yrs ago I was lost and at a crossroads in my career. An opportunity to work for the SMFCSD would turn out to be the greatest experience in my career. The SUPPORT, PEOPLE, HUNGER TO BE GREAT was exactly what I needed. Today ended this chapter but not before I say THANK YOU STOW!!
