Most of the public are unable to name small charities although they are more likely to use services from them.

SmallCharity Absolutely, that's why they do ever so well when it comes to fundraising - ie NHS Charities did well during the pandemic because folk wanted to support the NHS (which obvs isn't even a charity). Thats why we need to support marketing and 'brand awareness' with smaller charities
