Congrats to former Trojan Toyo Kano for being selected to the final 12-man roster for the National Team competing in the FIBA Asia Cup! Toyo is only two years out of our program & doing great things. Will be playing in the prestigious B1 this season in Japan. #SkylineMBBFam

21 yrs ago I coached Filip on my 1st team (Ella was a newborn). Yesterday they met up in DC. Filip is a true success story. Cut from a 6-win team the yr before I arrived. 2 yrs later signed a full to Seattle Pacific & earned a Comp Sci degree. Now serves as CTO for ZoomInfo. 🫡

Two yrs after our program, Toyo is in one of the top PRO leagues in the world. He will suit up for @sunrockers_shibuya & head coach Kyle Bailey. Bailey played at Santa Clara, when I was coaching at USF. Tough & skilled, he’s one of the top guards in school history. #SkylinePROs
