Here are some tips for focussed study: 1. Put the phone away! Don’t let it distract you 2. Break as often as you need. Quality of study over quantity 3. Check you’re taking in the information with tests - The SimpleStudy quiz function can help! 4. Set goals and deadlines!

“How many hours of study a day should I do?” A good guide to answer this question is a concept called the Rule of 8. It simply states that a balanced day could consist of: -8 hours of focused study/work/school per day -8 hours of sleep per day -8 hours of free time

Here are some tips for your study groups! 1. Take breaks for a friendly chat but don't try to talk and work 2. Work on the same subject 3. Comparing answers 4. Tell each other what you plan to do 5. If you're gonna play music make it instrumental to avoid a Maths concert!

Why walks are great to reduce exam-stress! 1. Calming - walking helps you de-stress 2. Emotions/Feelings - a great time to relax and tune in to how you’re feeling 3. Fresh air - there is nothing like being outside to clear your head Just take 15 minutes to go out for a stroll!
