Massive well done to our U14 Girls who won their Tier 2 Quarter Final today with a winning goal in the last minute of the game! #NeverGiveUp

After the success of our U14 Girls reaching the Tier 2 Semi-Finals after their win on Sunday, 8 of our U16 Girls (supported by 2 of our club umpires) won their Tier 1 Plate Semi-Final with Solihull Sport today and will go onto play in the National final in a few weeks

Congratulations to our Women's 3s who, barring some very odd results and other possible league interventions, have today secured the points to be promoted! Great work by what is a very young team (with a few older heads).

Sadly, our Women's Solihull Over 45s (a combined side with Bloss) bow out after a good game with Lichfield HockeyClub - but a great cup run in their first ever year in the competition #UnitingTheCommunity

Well done to our Women's 3s who won the league yesterday with 4 weeks to spare. A team of largely U16s but expertly supported by a couple of wiser heads. Good luck to our U10s in the Warwickshire Hockey County Championships today.

Well done to all our players taking part in National Schools finals today at Lee Valley! Combining that with our W1 playing a National Semi-Final and an U14 National Semi-Final coming up as well, there have been some great Cup performamces from our women and girls this season.

Fabulous to see the #hockeyfamily in all its glory today. Well done to Olton Hockey Club W5 beating our development side but the highlight was 4 sisters playing on the same pitch, 3 for Sils and 1 for Olton #UnitingTheCommunity

Some great performances by our 1st teams today. Great win by the M1, and whilst the W1 lost in the last minute to a Notts Uni side, their average age was 17! So many exciting things to look forward to for this young squad.

Huge good luck to our team as they head to Timperley Hockey Club for the U14 Girls Tier 2 National Semi-Final today. Best of luck to both sides.

Almost the end of another roller-coaster season. Well done M2 for pulling off the great escape yesterday and good luck to the W1 in their National Tier 2 Semi-Final today! Good luck also to all our juniors playing County tournaments today.

The girls weren't quite able to hang on to their lead, but losing 3-2 to Surbiton in a National Final is definitely nothing to be upset with. Amazing year for these girls and only more to come from such a great group of players (and their parents).

Looking forward to the end of season dinner. After last year's 6 promotions this season was never going to quite match. However M1, M2 & M5 staying in their higher divisions, M3 finishing 4th & teams out every week for M4 & M6 with lots of new talent coming through has been great

Whilst on the women's side of things, promotion for an unbeaten (& almost 100% winning) 3rd team, plus the first ever overseas match & National Semi-Final for the 1s along with a National Final for the U14 Girls also represents a great year. Development across all teams as well.

Well done to club member Kian and his team mates from King Edward's School who have today won the U16 Boys England Hockey Tier 1 Plate at Lee Valley. Kian has been fantastic for us and this is a very fitting end to his season.

Lots of fun at our Summer 6s tonight. Great mix of players from M1 to W5, and so pleasing to welcome 3 potential new players including a GK :) All happening whilst also putting out 4 Summer League teams this week as well. Loving being able to provide so many opportunities to play

Great start to pre-season. Around 30 women/girls at fitness including several new faces. Meanwhile in the clubhouse meetings around new kit, extra volunteers and exciting outreach projects! Roll on next week and what else there is upcoming #hockey #solihull
