Q3. #UsapTayo

minsan naiisip k di tlga sya healthy. most of the time, after, prng babalik lahat sa normal- babalik k sa trabaho kc kailangan at wala kng choice or school. ppkabusy ka ulit. pero who am i to judge dba? if that's their way of handling grief, then so be it. #UsapTayo

#MentalHealthPH #UsapTayo

May we draw strength in our innate ability to heal and grow from loss through compassion to ourselves and others. #UsapTayo💚 #MentalHealthPh 💚

Q3: some of us try not to go through the entire grief process. We avoid getting depressed and/or anger because these are tend to be viewed negatively or seen as sign of weakness. Kaso the more we try to avoid these, the longer the process takes. #MentalHealthPH #UsapTayo

This is Kat, signing out!

Trivializing PWDs, mocking mental illness, WHILE ignoring regulatory/systemic issues fuels stigma. Invisible disabilities like mental illness come with real costs: meds, therapy, loss of productivity, missed opportunities, social exclusion. These deserve nuance, not punchlines.
