Today as I flew to NY to present I reflected on all the educational giants that have helped me advance the importance of instructional leadership through coaching. It has also reminded of the importance of supporting those younger than me in the profession. So thankful to serve.

What a wonderful day digging into Intentional Instructional Moves at the beautiful Kodak Center! Can’t wait to return.

Look who I ran into in Delta Sky Club! I’m headed to present in NY and Jim’s going to a conference in Toronto. Thankful for the impact he has had on my life as an instructional leader. He is my reminder that we should each encourage each other to reach our highest potential.
