bbc.com/culture/articl… Interesting article discussing buying habits for physical media. Online services only give you a license to view; content can disappear at any time for many reasons. Note the studio was caught completely off guard when the media release sells out.

publishersweekly.com/pw/by-topic/in… Good to see this begin and excited to see the outcome! Also excited to see Frederik L. Schodt receive recognition for his efforts in the new Hall of Fame!

So saddened to hear of Rachel Lillis' passing. She was an amazing talent, and it was an honor and joy to work with her on many of our projects over the years. Rachel will be Misty and Jessie for everyone else but for me she will always be Yuriko Star.

Let's explore the Mark Hamill #AstroBoy connection. The article from Star Wars 1978 Annual #1 claims "His first brush with the world of science fiction movies came when he has just graduated from high school in Japan: he auditioned to dub the hero's voice in... Astroboy (sic)" #1

Japanese people celebrate #CultureDay and #MangaDay on Nov. 3rd. But we, #OsamuTezuka fans, celebrate his #birthday on the day! Happy Birthday, Dear Mr. Tezuka!

Congrats Justin Sevakis on the 1st episode release of The Anime Business podcast! Anime may be everywhere now, but it was not always that way. Great to hear John O'Donnell's memories. This will be a great continuing series, and I'm very proud to support it! youtube.com/watch?v=xmw3Sl…

Hats off to another fantastic trip down memory lane courtesy of Justin Sevakis AnimEigo. Check this series out to learn about the early days of the Anime Industry where we all were told to go away and stop bothering people. youtube.com/watch?v=k0v4vi…
