Management of calcinosis by Antonia Valenzuela #ACR24 ✅ Clinical features and response to Rx differ b/w SSc & DM ✅ Pathophysio = trauma, inflammation, dysregulation of bone metabolism ✅ USG useful to show inflammation PDUS+ ❌ No approved therapies ✅ Ca/ D supp can be used 👍🏽
