Great teams don’t rise to the occasion. They fall back on their habits. The ones built in the quiet. In the boring reps. In the everyday grind. That’s how elite instincts are formed. Not through hype. But through consistency. Train it. Repeat it. Trust it.

Rick Pitino said, “When you play for the name on the front, the back prospers.” “When you play for the name on the back, you never prosper. All you are is guys with good stats.” Great teams play for each other. They know connected teams achieve more.

Thanks to all who cheered us on and encouraged us through a unusually challenging season. Despite numerous injuries, our young men fought to the end and conducted themselves in a way that represented themselves, their team, their school and the game of baseball very well.
