Paperwork for returning athletes is due in 6 days! Reminder: If you are a returning athlete, you DO NOT need a new physical or to complete the sickle cell wavier again! Just update insurance info/ add card photos & complete the 8 online forms!

Welcome back Griffins! Field House weight room is open 8am-6pm M-F. You must be screened, wear a mask at all times, clean equipment as you go & please keep your lift to a 60min max. There is a 15 person max capacity.
