On Sunday 13th the Setanta u13 girls lined out in the second match of the development league against an evenly matched Muine Bheag. Setanta battled hard till the end but came up just short on the day. Well done to the team for a brilliant performance on a chilly Sunday morning.

Our U12 are playing in Pella Indoor Hurling league. It is been played in Kildavin GAA Hall over 4 Mondays in November. This week was the second Monday. The boys play 2 games each night and displayed great skills. Well done boys and best of luck in the rest of the competition

Micheál Mac Eochaidh and Emma Uí Bhroin were in Croke park on Friday night on behalf of Setanta Ceatharlach to collect the medel awarded to the club for it’s participation in this year’s Fondúireacht Sheosaimh Mhic Dhonncha Irish initiative

The Initiative awards medals to clubs in recognition of their work in promoting the language at club level, and among members of their local communities. Three Carlow clubs; Eire Og, Setanta Ceatharlach, and Cnoc Arda were recognised on the night and presented with bronze medels
