Heading to Bath today to meet the genius that is Donal Ryan talking about his new book. Trying to re-read both in sequence - read one once & the other twice. Event organised by Mr B's Emporium. Hoping to meet Annie Ryan too. We’d like to buy them a pint too!
Congratulations Sandrine and Victor! Faculty of Arts, Humanities & Social Sciences @UL Scoil na Gaeilge, an Bhéarla, & na Cumarsáide
Donal Ryan talking about his new novel Heart, Be At Peace at Hatchards last night. A great evening interviewing him about these 21 characters, their inner thoughts, motivations, destinies and failures. Great to see Kirsty Dunseath and Milly Reid for Doubleday
Massive congratulations to everyone graduating from University Of Limerick this week! You should be so proud of yourselves, it's a fantastic achievement! 👏

Very proud of our UL Journalism class of ‘24 who graduated from University Of Limerick today where we remembered our much missed student Joe Drennan, who was awarded his degree posthumously.
Comhghairdeas libh agus leis an rang ar fad! Táimidne Aonad na Gaeilge Scoil na Gaeilge, an Bhéarla, & na Cumarsáide an-mhórálach asaibh
So glad to have been part of the wonderful Irish Writers Centre 's open day today, and to meet such a vibrant bunch of writers. Thanks to all of you.
Delighted to be returning to Patrick Kavanagh's native Inniskeen to give the keynote address for Kavanagh Weekend. Both the poet & his village hold a special place in my heart, not least because I had the pleasure to live & work at Patrick Kavanagh Centre in 2004, among Kavanagh's people
Well done to our brilliant colleage Emily Cullen! Faculty of Arts, Humanities & Social Sciences @UL
Dear everyone, this novel by Rose Ruane is absolutely extraordinary. She's a word wizard. Every sentence full of euphony and perceptive wisdom.
