It never fails to amaze me what you can find when you are out for a walk in Scotland - like these metal sculpture dotted along the boardwalk at Stonehaven harbour, the sculptor has remined anonymous and is known as Stonehaven's secret sculptor.

What will your 2022 holiday look like? On our 2021 family holiday we enjoyed the sunset on the Applecross peninsula, canoeing round loch Morlich and possibly a favourite swimming in the fairy pools on the Isle of Skye.

In Forstrose the St Regulus graveyard is an intresting visit, know by locals as the "pirate's graveyard" although there is no evidence of pirates having been buried here, its close by the sea and a large number of gravestones have the skull and crossbone so you can easy see why.
