@officiald2h I have not received any call from your customer service when i tried to get in touch with your team as per your useless customer service they were asking me to send an email than what is the point of create a contact centre where we cannot get any resolution.

IFFCO TOKIO I have been chasing since 14 july to change the address of my policy under Policy No. 1-1GCVCWUM and have called two times however no respond from your team and this is first and last experience to get policy done in future, very poor service.
