Every team member is responsible for the culture of the team. Everyone owns a part in that culture. It's not coach's team. It's not the starter's team. It's not so-and-so team. It's everyone's team. Everyone should be invested in the process.

One of the biggest issues I see with young people today - ‘Non-Tryers’. People who have never left their comfort zone and who are scared to fail. Failure isn’t final and it sure isn’t fatal. Learn to embrace the culture of “Trying”, working and improving. We MUST try to grow!

You won’t get better without it costing you something. Your time, your effort, your resources, your comfort, etc. There is no negotiation. The cost is the cost. If you aren’t willing to pay the price, you don’t really want to get better.
