On 1/30/20, WHO designated COVID a public health emergency & Meta announced we would remove some categories of COVID misinfo. Throughout the pandemic, we updated this policy many times. Amidst pandemic ambiguity, how did Meta develop this policy? about.fb.com/news/2020/12/c… 1/13
