We had a lovely time seeing Miles Hunt in Toddie last night, it went too quickly as usual. The church as a venue sounds fab. Very good support too.

What a view from my beachside holiday house today

Made it to the most easterly pub in Yorkshire for lunch, beautiful #crownandanchorKilnsea nice veggie food before the walk back.

Crumbs, I can't believe this was 3 years today. Back in lockdown on Skye I did a Vanilla Black vegan cook & learn, this is kind of a Ploughmans I recall with toffee caramel onions, other odd things & a tomato paratha bread, t'was absolutely delicious and worth the effort.

Homemade toasted teacakes, they've turned out huge, half a one is all you need for threesies! Trying to make sourdough too in between decorating & paint drying.

Some walls just don't take white paint well. Done about 4 or 5 coats of white but nailed the green with 2. The clocks ticking as a guys coming to lay flooring Mon/Tues 🤞

Been harvesting a load of tomatoes and currently got a smelly kitchen as halfway through boiling green tomato chutney. Should be ready to bottle at 9.30pm. Phew!

Renovating a 1970s bungalow part 3, this wallpaper stripping is proving a nasty job. 2 layers of textured paper caked in paint layers, and what idiot (previous owner) left nails embedded in the walls, going rusty & papered over them! Big job to get it ready for new floor soon.

It's silly season with crisps again, actually these are quite pleasant and do capture the cheese, bean toastie thing 😋 #walkerscrisps
