(1) #MentalHealthAwarenessWeek is upon us. The theme is movement & we are moving fast 🤪 to run mindfulness sessions for companies across the UK and the globe. In amongst that we're trying to look after ourselves too. Starting each day with meditation, yoga, taking a walk etc...

(2) Which is I think a nice demonstration of the power of moving from a point of stillness. Hence the meditation and then the movement. Also the fact that even when we are still, life is in constant flux, unfolding within us. Which is quite a trip, if you're up for it...

(3) All to say, look after yourself folks. Obviously that needs more than a week, but the best time to start is NOW, and to build some healthy habits from here. One small thing a day to improve things. And that is more than enough...

(4) Take a breath, connect to your body, your emotions, your community, feel the sun on your skin, and take the time to feel everything, trusting that everything is fleeting and life is happening right now ❤️ So how are you today? #mindfulness #mentalhealth #selfcare #community

Sad that Sainsbury's New Cross has removed their plastic bag recycling bin. I got this warm fuzzy feeling every week I showed up with a mountain of plastic that previously would have been landfilled. Bring it back? 🤷🏻‍♂️🙏 #recycling #SustainableLiving #plastic
