It was BinDay today for us. I was delighted to find my better three-quarters (that’s Sal) left a note for the collection crew thanking them for what they were doing in such difficult times. She’s quite nice really. I hope the crew understood they are appreciated.

More and more people are showing their gratitude to hard-working #bin collectors by leaving them thank you notes. From everyone here at CIWM, we also want to say #thankyou 🌈🌈🌈🌈 #inthistogether ... or should we say #binthistogether

This is possibly the best thing I have seen on Twitter, ever. To all the anti-vax, anti-mask, anti-everything people, this is the logical conclusion of “freedom”. Please read it. All of you.

If it cannot be recycled it shouldn't have recycling symbols. A big percentage of plastics carrying those symbols cannot be recycled and therefore have misleading information. California is about to say NO to that greenwashing!
