Minister Jajah also announced the Republic of Ghana's recent decision to set up a monument in honour of the over 1 million victims of the 1994 #GenocideAgainstTutsi. The Ghanaian contingent which was part of UNAMIR in Rwanda in 1994 stood firmly to defend innocent civilians.
