If proper court lists and registers were published we’d all surely find out about cases involving MPs and candidates and other public figures in a timely manner. We don’t have open justice without published court lists telling us what’s happening in our courts.

There should generally be a public live stream from Thirlwall Inquiry & those reporting on proceedings should be able to share more than just short clips from open evidence sessions. All observers should have equal access & freedom to report. Openness should have a higher priority.
