Good luck today to our pair of adventurous cyclists powering their way up the country from Lands End to John O’Groats. Here are some pics of John Service and Gerry Lafferty in action on one of their toughest days so far when they made their way north from Perth to Granton on Spey

We are incredibly grateful to everyone in Scottish agriculture who makes time to support RSABI especially at hectic times of the year. Many thanks to Borders farmer Alistair Stewart who - despite being busy with harvest - was happy to help us with some filming with ITV today.

Over the summer we surveyed 280 people to find out just how many of you manage to take that all-important break away from the farm. 93% of respondents agreed that taking a break could improve their wellbeing and productivity. Have you found time for a break this year?
