A poignant morning in the town of Oswestry as we gathered for #RemembranceSunday , the community uniting to remember those who have served, those who have fallen, and those who continue to serve.

Great news! Thanks to the shoppers at Morrisons on Saturday morning we have raised £328.59 towards furnishing a room at The Harbour, Oswestry's new assisted living accommodation for military veterans, which is hoped will open in 2024. Thank you very much!

Oswestry Town Market is hosting a Charity Market on Friday the 1st of September at the Bailey Head. Our Charity Markets play a key role in community engagement, and we hope residents and visitors will come along and support some fantastic local causes.

The Royal British Legion Garden of Remembrance has been set up in Oswestry's Memorial Garden, Cae Glas Park, facing the Memorial Gates. The garden is open to all to view and leave their messages and tributes to the fallen.
