So! To our first post. We have exciting news, Rascals, our vegan café/bistro, will soon be open and ready to welcome you all. We can’t wait to feed you great food in our lovely, renovated café. All two and four legged friends will be welcome.

We’ve had our building warrant approved at last! So now there’s no stopping us. Now the fun starts, looking at colour schemes, designing the interior, sourcing tables and chairs… all suggestions and donations welcome 😊 #vegans #perthshire #plantbased #CSR #veganscotland

We've been busy recruiting our important Hospitality Manager/Trainer & are thrilled that The Robertson Trust & the Launch Me programme Firstport for Social Entrepreneurs have supported our 1st employee who starts early June. Here's my attempt Alexis Gauthier vegan recipe for a Persian-influenced chickpea, vegetable, coconut and saffron stew. It was fabulous: gentle, subtle but bursting with flavour and textures.
