Sangat kecewa dgn pelayanan Halo BCA. Proses penutupan kartu 1 thn lalu tidak diproses dengan baik sehingga sampai saat ini ternyata kartu masih dalam keadaan aktif. Dan proses yang terlalu banyak pintu saya rasa sangat mempersulit customer.

Sudah di proses tapi prosesnya sangat ribet dan utk sampai saat ini saya tdk merasa cs Halo BCA membantu, krn terlalu bnyk CS yg hrs dikomunikasikan perihal kesalahan yg diakibatkan dr halobca sendiri namun menyulitkan customer. Terimakasih
