Congratulations to our 2023 County Math Field Day winners! These students now move on to the Western Regional Math Field Day in Parkersburg next month. (13 students at RCHS will also be selected to represent Roane County in the high school division.)

Roane County teachers worked with K-5 Literacy Coach Amie Burkholder of Learning Edventures today as we continue to learn more about how the science of reading can help improve literacy instruction.

Construction of the new Spencer Middle School is entering the home stretch with its side parking and roadway taking shape in recent weeks. More work will be done over the holiday breaks to bring the expanded bus loop and front parking lot into shape.
