My go-to method for overcoming a study slump: Taking a 15-20 min nap. At first, I get hesitant because it seems like a waste of time. But after that, I wake up more alert and more energized. Then I find myself focused for the next 4 hours. Give it a try!

🍕PLS DONT FORGET THE BASICS🍕 I asked my RMT friend who passed last March 2023, and she said almost 60% of MicroPara are the basic ones (Introduction to Micro) Also, sabi nya master the lab procedures and biochem ID for both micro and para. Kaya natin to! 25 days to go🙏🏻
