Changing over old ELV downlighters to GU10 cans today. It shouldn't be rare, but it's always appreciated when the previous sparks makes it easy for you and did the install properly! I hope he or she heard the "nice one, cheers mate" when I pulled them down. 😁🙌🏼🙏🏼

Advice fellow sparks. 🙏🏼 Been asked to install a public accessible AED on a village hall. Worked out the supply needed is just for a frost heater and a light. Anything I need to consider when installing these? Dedicated circuit? Height? Anything to indicate power loss?

When you take the cover off to find this! I should have known when I saw BG. Think someone had RCD tripping issues with 1 common RCD for all circuits 🤔... moving the kitchen socket circuit and pulling out the CPC's was their solution! 😱 The more you look the worse it gets! 😳
