In #Morocco #Rokaya is almost out of #kibble to feed the 175 #dogs at her shelter The🐶are already hungry-10 days since their portions were reduced. I just emptied the last bag of kibble+the situation is becoming desperate Every day, fights break out-the weak🐶#suffer+struggle😢
