There are more foodbanks in the UK than there are branches of McDonalds. You just don’t see them because they’re tucked away in churches, community centres, garages etc. This must stop. Benefits covering cost of essentials is a basic prerequisite of a functioning society.

We are so thankful for the amazing donation made by Tanweer - brilliant to chat with him about what we are doing and how this will support over 120 families each week on our list. Local councillors, local people supporting their communities - incredible to see the generosity!
