Staff shortages make work environments unsafe, for everyone.   The relative risk of death increases by 3% each day a patient experiences a nurse staffing shortage on a hospital ward.  Tell prospective MPs why they must support our manifesto demands ➡️ bit.ly/4c6U3tS

Look at how few hopital beds UK has per 1000 head of population. 2.4 vs OECD average of 4.3 And we wonder why hodps are crowded, why flow is so difficult to manage. There’s no capacity.
